- When calling HelpDesk, the system will play the Welcome Message.
- First message will ask if this is a patient calling. Wait for the next message.
- Message to consent to call recording for quality purpose will play.
- PRESS 1 if you agree
- Information on after call survey
- Message on Business line selection. PRESS #8
- System will now request caller enter the 6 digit PIN 104201
