For support with CLARIO eCOA:

  1. When calling HelpDesk, the system will play the Welcome Message.
  2. First message will ask if this is a patient calling. Wait for the next message.
  3. Message to consent to call recording for quality purpose will play.
  4. PRESS 1 if you agree
  5. Information on after call survey
  6. Message on Business line selection. PRESS #8
  7. System will now request caller enter the 6 digit PIN 104201
